At 7N, the heart of our business lies in our dedicated consultants. Each day, they apply their expertise and go above and beyond to assist our clients in achieving the best possible solutions. It is for this reason that we aim to shine a spotlight on the remarkable efforts of some of our consultants, who are fueled by their knowledge, commitment, and wealth of experience. Let's unleash their performance.
Per Søndergaard Andersen is one of our excellent, high-performing IT consultants who in a recent project as the Project Manager facilitated the selection and particularly the implementation of our client’s new system for publishing content on various platforms.
The client, a Danish media company, had an inopportune flow and setup for publishing content on multiple platforms. Per’s task was to run the selection of a new Content Management System (CMS) and then to be responsible for the implementation, first at the client’s department in Denmark and then at their department in Sweden.
Per has driven the process forward for more than two years and has ensured optimal involvement of all relevant parties, including contact with external suppliers.
The client highlights Per as being crucial for the project to succeed. In addition to an excellent technical understanding, Per greatly understands the managerial part of the task. He has significantly contributed to changing the culture among the client’s employees so that they have taken ownership of the project and have become pleased with the final product, which they constantly use in their daily work. Further, Per is acknowledged for having an eye for the political decision-making processes in the company and figuring out who can help make decisions and thus ensure progress in the project and a suitable solution.
The client expresses Per’s significant impact on the project in the following:
“Implementing CMS systems is a complex process and involves many internal and external stakeholders. In this case, Per has succeeded in driving the process to the finish line on time and involving journalists and editors in particular. The project has triggered great synergies and savings while at the same time improving the end products in terms of our media, both digital and print. It is remarkable how smoothly the project has run, largely thanks to Pers. If there have been problems along the way, Per has helped to localize the problem and find out how it could be solved so that the project could move forward again. Per has quickly gained sufficient knowledge of our industry and has been able to speak the language of the editorial staff. Per has been crucial for us to reach the goal of introducing a new CMS system on time and in a very smooth way. Per has our warmest recommendation.”
We are lucky and proud to work with such a dedicated and professional person as Per. We hope to continue our work together for many years in the future!
